SwingWorker and Java6

Genady,
I would like to try SwingWorker and am having troubles getting it resolved. You mentioned a while back that I need jdk1.5.0_07 for your plug in.
The point is that SwingWorker is now an integral part of Java6. I don't know if Eclipse can exploit this and if I can update to Java6?

The latest version of the RMI Plug-in (v2.0.5) works fine with Java 6.0.
