RAD6 Dynamic Web Project

Hello,

I am new to RAD6 and this plugin. I have installed the plugin and it seems to work fine when using the Java Perspective. However, whenever I switch to the Web perspective the Java source files outside of the Project's Source folders are not shown in the Project Explorer. How am I to edit these files if they are not shown?

Can anyone assist?

We may potentially use a newer version of RAD and this plugin would not be necessary or we may move towards straight Eclipse and we would be able to upgrade past the need for this plugin, but for now I am stuck with RAD6.
